Yes. Any number for one artist, or one each for several artists. Each banner can say something different.
Yes. Put your company name in the name field and it is printed as "from ABC Inc." at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO, standing 1.8m tall. It appears in photos from the day and in what the audience posts. ¥30,000 each, tax included, with no sponsorship or listing fee on top. You order from the same screen as everyone else, and a receipt is available after payment. Note that we cannot print logos or alter the design; the name is set in text only.
Outdoors at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO on 20 October 2026 (Tue), from doors open until the show ends. Placement, order and count are decided by venue operations on the day and cannot be reserved.
Only if you add the shipping plan (¥5,000 per address) in the cart. We then send it to your address after the show. Any number of banners going to one address ships together for that one fee. You receive the fabric only; the pole is not included. It is the actual banner that stood at the venue, so please expect some marks, creases or wear from the day.
No. We ship within Japan only. We cannot send banners overseas. If you are outside Japan you can still order a banner; it is displayed at the venue, and you can give a Japanese address if you want it sent on afterwards.
Email info@corom.me from the address you used when ordering. Tell us your order number and the correct address, and we will change it as long as the parcel has not shipped. Please write from the same email address so we can confirm it is you. Once shipped it cannot be changed, so please contact us early.
No. We cannot hand banners over at the venue, either during or after the show. If you want to keep yours, you must add the shipping plan.
We collect the banners after the show. They cannot be handed over later, so add the shipping plan if you want yours.
20 September 2026, 23:59 (JST).
Each banner is made to order, so no changes or cancellations after payment. You can edit the wording as many times as you like after adding to the cart and before checkout. Please check carefully on the confirmation screen.
If illness or anything else keeps the artist off the stage, the banner still goes up as planned. Your support stands at the venue either way. Refunds, cancellations and switching to another artist are not available in this case.
If the show is cancelled, the banners have already been made, so we do not refund the payment. Instead we ship your banner to you at our own cost, and will ask you for a delivery address at that point. If the show is postponed, we display the banner at the rescheduled date. If the new date does not work for you and you would like a refund, write to info@corom.me within 14 days of the announcement. We refund in full, and in that case the banner is neither displayed nor shipped.
Within 7 days of delivery, email info@corom.me with your order number and a photo of the damage. If we confirm it is our fault, we remake it and ship the replacement at our cost. If there is no time to remake it, we refund the price of that banner.
The banners stand outdoors and take wind, rain and dust, so expect some marks, creases and scuffs. Many banners are put up and taken down in a short window, and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or remakes for this. We will contact you only if a banner is damaged badly enough that it cannot be displayed.
A printable receipt is available at any time after payment. Open it from the link in your confirmation email. It carries our registration number (T5290001065570), so it works as a qualified invoice under the Japanese consumption tax system. It is made out in the name you gave when ordering.
Credit card only (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners). Payment completes the moment you confirm the order.
The design is fixed per artist. What you choose is which artist, and the message and name.
They are mock-ups. Actual colours and the look on the day may differ.
Anything else, write to info@corom.me.
