| What appears on the banner | The message and name you put on the banner are displayed at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO on 20 October 2026 (Tue), and become public through the audience, the press and social media. Do not write anything you would not want seen. |
| How long we keep it | Order records are kept for as long as Japanese law requires (seven years for accounting records) and deleted promptly after that. Delivery addresses are no longer needed once a parcel has shipped, and are deleted around one year after the event. |
| How we protect it | All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Order records are stored where they cannot be read directly from outside, and only a limited number of staff handle them. |
| Your rights | To see, correct, add to, delete or stop the use of the information we hold about you, write to info@corom.me. We act promptly once we have confirmed your identity. We cannot withdraw a banner that has already been printed or displayed. |
