| Returns and cancellations | Each banner is made to order, so we cannot accept changes, returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons of personal preference. If an item is defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. If there is no time to replace it, we refund that item. Marks, creases and wear from being displayed at the venue are not treated as defects. |
| If the show is cancelled or postponed | If the show is cancelled, the banners have already been made, so we do not refund the payment; instead we ship your banner to you at our own cost and will ask you for a delivery address. If the show is postponed, we display the banner at the rescheduled date. If you would like a refund instead, write to us within 14 days of the announcement and we refund in full, in which case the banner is neither displayed nor shipped. |
